The prices of products offered by Nannacay® on this website are expressed in Brazilian reais and are valid only for purchases in Brazil. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Exchanges of orders on the website are valid within a period of up to 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt of the product, and returns within a period of 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt.
Conditions:
Products to be exchanged or returned must have the label attached, be free from any damage and with all accompanying accessories and without odors or any sign of use.
When purchasing on the website, it is possible to exchange the item in store, simply present proof of purchase.

First Step, access the Troque Fácil form, after that, enter your order number and email used in the purchase, select “Search and
continue”, once done, choose the items from the order that you want to exchange and click on “return” or “exchange” as the action. Choose from the options the reason why you are making the exchange/return and proceed to the next step,
To finish, click on the posting option to send the exchange/return to our distribution center, confirm and finish.
You will receive the posting/collection code by email with all instructions on how to use it.
Once the product returns to our distribution center, we will analyze the parts to ensure they are in perfect condition and the exchange or return will be approved.
If you have requested an exchange, a sales representative will contact you to proceed with your exchange. If you have requested a return, you
will receive a refund of the amount paid for the product.
How the refund works:
The refund will always be made according to the chosen payment method.

For payments made by credit card, the refund will be made directly to the card used for the purchase. You will be able to identify the amount
refunded in up to two subsequent invoices, depending on the closing date and card brand.
The customer's card operator is responsible

Remembering that, according to Art. 49 of the CDC, the consumer can withdraw from the contract within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal provided for in this
article, any amounts paid during the established period will be
returned.
Purchases made online can only be returned and refunded through online customer service. While purchases made in physical stores cannot be returned or refunded*!
*Unless the product is delivered with any manufacturing defect.
*Exchanges and returns will always have the value returned, either by purchase voucher or refund, equivalent to the amount paid for the item(s) in question.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - OUTSIDE BRAZIL
Product prices do not include taxes and duties. This expense will be calculated by the customs of the destination country and will be the customer's responsibility.
All international orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Nannacay is not responsible for product loss or damage during international shipments.
